Fall Concert and Ceilidh
November 8 @ 12:00 am
The Royal Scottish Country Dance Society Boston Branch hosts the Fall Concert and Ceilidh in Arlington, Massachusetts. This annual celebration features performances by Scottish fiddlers, Highland dancers, and the Boston Branch’s own dancers.
Please add the following to our listing: Time: 3PM – 5PM; Address: Regent Theatre, 7 Medford St, Arlington, MA
In a program titled “The Old World Meets the New” our featured artists are Alasdair White (fiddle) and Eric McDonald (guitar, vocals) a duo whose music bridges the deep roots of Scottish tradition with the dynamic pulse of North American folk. There will also be a special tribute to the Tartan Army and the fun and joy they brought to the greater Boston community this past summer.
