Rory Hallowell is the Clan Program Coordinator, contributor, and editorial board member of Scots in New England. He has organized Scottish events and promoted Scottish and Celtic heritage through education in New England. Currently he is the New Hampshire Commissioner of Clan Sinclair representing the official business and interests of Clan Sinclair in New Hampshire, one of the clan's most populous and oldest constituencies in America. Born in Boston, Rory is currently a student at the Fletcher School of Law & Diplomacy and an elected town official in Brookline, Massachusetts.
