Scottish Universities Alumni Groups in New England

Alumni Groups in Scotland

When your studies in Scotland are over – there are several ways to stay connected with the colleges and universities in Scotland. With the New England’s deep Scottish roots, many Scottish higher education institutions have their own alumni chapters in the region.

You can find links and contact information here for existing New England alumni groups. In the months ahead, we will be building out this page with information on additional ways you can stay linked with the various colleges and universities.

These groups are also fantastic resources for those who are deciding which school to attend. It’s never too early to start networking. Our University curator is an alumna herself and is always happy to talk with prospective students – to share the story of her own journey at the University of Edinburgh business school and the amazing opportunities it provided.

We are now organizing an alliance of alumni groups to get more “New England” synergy. We hope to combine this alliance with our Clann Otter meetup groups and our ceilidh events, starting with major cities in each state.

This will provide even greater opportunities to connect with Scottish college and university alumni in the area. We want to find our own way to extend the warm welcome and atmosphere of coming together deep-rooted in Scottish culture.
